All vehicle evaluations, offers, or quotes provided by VON are subject to verification. Final offers depend on inspection, title verification, and current market conditions.

We reserve the right to decline any submission at our discretion.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you provide about your vehicle is truthful and accurate. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect any offer or transaction.

4. Limitation of Liability

VON is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. All content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of VON and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Text Messages

VON (Vehicle Offer Network) sends text messages to dealership partners who sign up for them in the VON Dealer Portal. The messages are about vehicles the person has made offers on: condition and price updates that need their response, payment requests, and purchase status updates.

To sign up, a person enters their own mobile number on the Account page of the VON Dealer Portal and checks a box, which is never checked for them, next to this statement:

“I agree to receive text messages from VON (Vehicle Offer Network) at the mobile number above about vehicles I have made offers on: condition and price updates that need my response, payment requests, and purchase status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.”

• •Signing up is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Each person signs up for their own mobile number.
• •Message frequency varies with activity on the portal.
• •Message and data rates may apply.
• •Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. Dealer partners can also turn text messages off on the Account page of the portal.

• •Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle mobile numbers. We do not share them, or text messaging consent, with third parties for marketing.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
